Denver Dog Photographer: RiNo
Rigby was my model for an excursion to the River North Art District (RiNo) neighborhood. There's been an explosion of murals in RiNo over the past few years. Just because it's winter doesn't mean there's a shortage of colorful photography locations in Denver! This mural was painted by Patrick Kane Mcgregor and Detour 303. It's amazing what art has done to revitalize this neighborhood!
The architecture in RiNo is stunning as well! The historic buildings, weathered bricks and urban textures make interesting backdrops. However, the neighborhood is still a little rough around the edges and there are lots of distractions so I would only recommend it for a dog that's relatively fearless.
Rigby was an excellent model during his photo shoot. He's a 1-year-old German Shepherd/cattle dog/hound dog mix who was adopted from Colorado Puppy Rescue. His person described him as "Spaztastic" which cracks me up. He definitely made us smile with his goofy, happy personality!

I love the use of a rescue dog with the urban art!! Fabulous.
Oh, I LOVE these!! I'm a huge dog lover and I have a major weakness for dog photos!! Great work and what a fun location!
